In three days, of some of the toughest competition in the country, Mason set a school record for state placers! In past year state tournament action the Comets, at best, able to place a pair. Yet, with the conclusion of the 74th OHSAA State Championship, that number became three. Two seventh place finishes and a bronze put the team in the Top 20 with 26.0 points. In a heated, last three matches, Reuben Victoria-Bojalil managed to seal the best results, by claiming third with a 4-1-0.
